Uber Lifft are always Cheap and convenient. We welcome your own car as we have enough room for 3-4 cars to fit in the driveway. or you can bring a bike to cruse around!

Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers run on tight schedules so we ask to please honor the check-out time. As we need to ensure the house is completely done by our maid service and linens & towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Therefore, your help with a smooth check-out allows the next quests to enjoy the home. Often times, the next guest checks in just 4 hours after your departure, thus following check-out procedure and checking out on time is imperative.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before we can approve your request, we need to make sure that we do not have guest checking-out on the same day your requesting early CHECK-IN. If approved, we will request early check-out fee.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST: β¬β¬Late check-out request are ONLY approved if the host is notified in advance by midnight the day before check-out. On a case to case bases we will approve same day late check-out ONLY if another guest is not checking in on the same day. If approved, we will request late check-out fee.
HOUSE RULES: NO SMOKING INSIDE – NO PETS – NO PARTIES
WEATHER & PEST CONCERNS:
Please take time to consider any personal sensitivities when traveling outside of your own home. Unfortunately, we cannot control weather, wildlife, governing entities, locals, or tourists visiting the area, nor can we cater to each individual’s sensitivities. We strongly recommend researching the city you plan on visiting and staying in.
BUGS:
South Texas (Gulf Coast Region) & La Porte have a variety of bugs & insects (mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches, beetles, wasps, & spiders). Occasionally you see ducks, snakes, and alligators around specific vegetation. Bugs and insects are not associated with cleanliness issues and often come from outside. We pest control every 6 months & spray the interior & exterior home regularly & can provide receipts/schedules of such.
WEATHER:
-Hurricanes are a yearly issue around (Jun.- Nov.) in South Texas (Gulf Coast Region) and last for 6 mths. While these brutal storms can technically happen any time of year, the significant amount of rain will infamously cause bugs and insects to be seen inside the home.
-In the SUMMER months (Jun.- Aug.), temperatures in South Texas (Gulf Coast Region) are extremely hot and can soar up to 110 degrees.
-In the WINTER months (Nov.- Mar.), the 2021 Snowpocalypse has taught us that temperatures can drop below freezing to 13Β°F.
Due to highly destructive weather in South Texas & the Gulf Coast Region, governing entities can disrupt power, water, gas & cutting off access to gas & food supply lines for days. Though these extreme instances happen rarely, they are crucial concerns & should be taken seriously along with any mandated evacuation orders.
We realize that much, if not all, of those mentioned above is common knowledge to anyone who’s ever lived in South Texas (Gulf Coast Region). We also recognize that not everyone traveling has had these prior personal experiences. We believe in being straightforward, and giving every guest a safe and pleasant stay for everyone is our top priority.
Refund Policy:
We are unable to provide refunds or compensation to guests. Period. For any reason. You must read, understand, acknowledge, & agree to all of the listing instructions & requirements that are provided everywhere in this listing before you book. You should fully understand any foreseen or unforeseen events that may cause your stay to be shortened. Your decision is your responsibility & will not be overridden by Airbnb. The goal is complete transparency so you, the guest, can make informed booking decisions. We are happy & available to answer any additional questions that you may have, so please do not hesitate to reach out.

Booking party: The person booking this vacation rental has agreed that they will be staying at the home and are at least 25 years old. Violation of this could result in termination of the agreement and no refund.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
