-Pets are not allowed on the premises.

-Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-The maximum occupancy limit must be respected at all times.

Violation Consequences:
-Violation of these house rules may result in the loss of your deposit and immediate termination of your stay.

Parking:
-Please avoid parking on the neighbors’ properties.
-Park only in designated parking areas.

Booking Party:
-The person booking the rental must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property.

-Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM.

Guest will have access to the Entire Duplex, Both the Upstairs space and Downstairs space plus all home amenities included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no “ownership” rights to the parking space of a public street.
