-The maximum occupancy limit must be respected at all times.

Violation Consequences:
-Violation of these house rules may result in the loss of your deposit and immediate termination of your stay.

Parking:
-Please avoid parking on the neighbors’ properties.
-Park only in designated parking areas.

Booking Party:
-The person booking the rental must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property.
-Violating this rule may result in the termination of the booking and no refund.

Check-In and Check-Out:
-Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM.
– Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
– Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and require prior approval.

Noise and Quiet Hours:
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Please be mindful of noise levels, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.

Safety and Security:

Guest will have access to the Entire Duplex, Both the Upstairs space and Downstairs space plus all home amenities included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

*** You are given two parking passes per reservation, not per guest, not per stay, and not per number of vehicles that you bring. The parking passes are good for 2 vehicles ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no “ownership” rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
