This Beautiful 5 bedroom, Loft, plus 3.5 bath home is located in a private Gated Community, on the 2nd row & a short walk to the beach!
Comfortable work desk area with great WIFI if you need to work from home.

There are 5 bedrooms, plus a loft. The 1st floor consists of the living room with new Large leather sectional sofa that could sleep 2 guests, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with new King size bed and 2 bedrooms each with new Queen Size beds. There is also a half bath next to the kitchen, with a full size washer/dryer.

Staying Rules:

No Smoking Inside – No Pets – No Parties

Violation of house rules will result in loss of deposit and being asked to leave. This is a family neighbourhood. Absolutely no parking on the neighbours’ properties, and no parties!

Booking party: The person booking this vacation rental has agreed that they will be staying at the home and are at least 25 years old. Violation of this could result in termination of the agreement and no refund.
